Sous Chef Wanted

We're offering a full-time position of 40 hours per week with a pay rate of £13 per hour, plus the option of profit share.

As our Sous Chef, you'll work closely with our head chef to maintain our high standards of food preparation and presentation while helping to create our delicious seasonal menu featuring locally-sourced ingredients.

What we are looking for

Previous experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in a café or restaurant setting
Passion for fresh, quality ingredients and creative presentation
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Food hygiene certification (or willingness to obtain)
Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy periods
Commitment to maintaining our excellent standards
