The Real Food Fayre Returns!
The Real Food Fayre is returning to Llanfyllin Workhouse on Saturday 12th and Sunday 13th September 2026.
This much loved annual weekend brings together independent food producers, local traders, families and visitors from across Wales and the borders for a celebration of great food, drink and community.
What’s Happening at the Real Food Fayre, Llanfyllin
There will be plenty to see, taste and enjoy throughout the historic Workhouse site:
• The Food Market: Browse stalls filled with artisan cheeses, fresh bread, handmade pies, preserves and delicious regional produce.
• Street Food: Enjoy a fantastic choice of freshly prepared food from independent food vendors.
• Live Music: Relax and enjoy acoustic performances, local folk artists, instrumentalists and community choirs.
• Heritage and Open Doors: Explore the historic Workhouse, history centre, art exhibitions and artisan workshops as part of the Open Doors weekend.
Meadows Cafe at The Real Food Fayre, Llanfyllin - Cupcake Decoration for the Children!
We’ll be open throughout the weekend and ready to welcome you to Meadows Cafe. We’ll be serving Great Taste Award winning coffee from Blue Monday Coffee, freshly prepared by our team throughout the weekend. And if you’re looking for something a little different, make sure you try our homemade coffee ice cream, made using our own award winning coffee.
We’ll also have cupcake decorating for children, giving our little visitors the chance to get creative and decorate their own delicious treat.
